1. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account.
2. Your listings and imported content
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information and media you publish on your house pages, and for ensuring you have the rights to use any content you upload.
If you import property details from a third-party platform (including but not limited to Airbnb, Booking.com, and VRBO), you confirm and warrant that you are the rightful owner or authorized manager of the property and listing being imported, and that you have the right to use and display this content. Imported descriptions and host bios may be automatically rewritten for uniqueness; you remain responsible for reviewing and editing this content.
3. What MyHouse Page is not
MyHouse Page is a page-creation tool only. We do not verify property ownership, process payments, or facilitate bookings, and we are not a party to any transaction, communication, or agreement between a page owner and any visitor or guest. Always independently verify who you are dealing with before transferring any money or deposit.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use MyHouse Page for any unlawful purpose, or to upload misleading, offensive, fraudulent, or infringing content.
5. Reporting, review, and removal
We provide a reporting mechanism on public pages. We disclaim liability for any fraudulent, inaccurate, or misleading content submitted by users, and reserve the right to unpublish or remove any page at our sole discretion, including in response to user reports or suspected misuse, without obligation to provide proof of wrongdoing prior to doing so.
6. Availability
We strive to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Features may change over time.
7. Liability
MyHouse Page is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the service, including losses arising from your interactions with visitors or guests.
